Class Formats
Logical Operations Learning & Professional Development classes and programs are availbale in multiple delivery formats so as to meet the meets of your organization.
Full Day
Our stanadrd/typical class delivery format is a full-day class (running from 9am-5pm, or an eight hour time block chosen by your organization that matches your own working hours).
Half Day
Many clients look to have their classes/programs delivered in half-day class format. In this format, class will run over a four hour time block on two calenar days (sometimes back to back, sometimes with a few weeks in between, etc.).
3-6 Months
If your organization looking for real behavior change? The best way to achieve that is to schedule your training class over a 3-6 month period. When we run classes over that timeframe, we conduct regular check-ins to discuss how the group is applying the topics in the workplace – both with the students themselves and management.
Post Class Coaching
Learning typically doesn’t end when class is over. Continous reinforcement and adjustments are required to ensure new habits set in and able to account for changes that come up in the workplace once the training is done (staffing changes, priority changes, etc.).
